My story
Moi! I’m Edgar, the founder of DetailApex. I started this business because I believe every car deserves a showroom moment.
I’ve been detailing cars for 11 years – first in other countries, and now in my own studio in Kuopio. Whether it’s a daily driver or a weekend treasure, I treat every vehicle with the same level of obsession, and I do every job myself, by hand.
I recently moved to Finland and I’m currently oppimassa suomea! While my Finnish isn’t quite täydellinen yet, my work speaks for itself. I communicate fluently in English, and for my Finnish-speaking clients I’m more than happy to chat via WhatsApp or text – it helps me learn and makes sure we get every detail right.

I walk you through the paint, the defects and what’s realistic to fix, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
The studio

An indoor studio where the car stays dry, clean and under proper light. There are no fixed opening hours – every job is done by appointment.
